Tonia started her career in High Street Retail Banking with Barclays Bank. With over 12 years of gaining valuable experience and knowledge in all areas of the industry, including Branch Management she advanced into Financial Planning with Barclays Financial Management in 2000. This is where she discovered her niche and passion in working closely with families and clients to achieve their stated financial objectives. She later joined a small Independent Advisory Firm in 2007 where she obtained her Level 4 DipPFS qualification. She assisted to build the firm to be one of the largest Independently owned advisor firms in The Midlands before being sold in 2018.

Tonia’s approach is to deliver advice clearly and simply even though life isn’t as always straightforward. She is extremely passionate about her role in building long term relationships and gains immense pride when her clients achieve their financial goals and enjoy the life they want with the help, guidance and advice she provides along the way.

Outside of work, Tonia lives with her partner Jim and their three children. She is kept busy supporting their sporting pursuits either on a Rugby, Hockey or Netball sideline. Tonia also continues to play competitive Netball throughout the year and enjoys family ski trips in Winter months.
