Doug joined the Oculus family in September 2025. Prior to that he spent 15 years with PFP Financial Planning, become the London Partner in 2006 and leaving to join Magus Private Wealth in 2018, after PFP were acquired by another firm.

Doug continues to work with many of the same clients he has worked with over the last 25. He enjoys helping people achieve their goals, whether that’s helping their children and grandchildren, or splashing the cash on holidays of lifetime.

In an ever more complex financial world Doug enjoys helping clients move from uncertainty to clarity of their financial position as this makes decision making a lot less stressful.

Doug lives in the South West London seeing clients either at the homes or in his London office. In his spare time Doug enjoys playing golf (occasionally), holidays with his wife, Alison and their family dog, Betty. He particularly enjoys no longer being tied to school holidays as their son, Arthur is now at university. Doug also enjoying seeing live music from small local bands in pubs up to Oasis at Wembley in 2025. You can take the boy out of Manchester!!
